Territory Sales Representative (Middlesex MA & Essex MA Counties, New Hampshire)

Our client, a leading electric utility vehicle distributor in New England, is seeking a highly motivated individual who can build strong customer relationships. This Outside Territory Sales Representative position was created in response to high growth in the market and the need to cover this important and lucrative territory. This role offers growth opportunities, a casual work environment, flexible working hours, and the use of a company vehicle and fuel card. The position is mostly remote.

Job Description

As an Outside Territory Sales Representative, you will be representing New England’s top utility vehicle distributor, known for its industry-leading brands. You will join our commercial sales team, which provides high-quality, sustainable, and practical vehicle solutions to various markets, including higher education, resorts, property management, campgrounds, municipalities, manufacturing, and many other industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Self-driven professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for achieving results.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, leveraging technology to optimize sales processes and customer management.
  • Physically capable of handling job-related tasks, including the ability to safely load and unload vehicles on trailers.
  • Impeccable driving record, a company vehicle will be provided.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Qualifications

  • Successful B2B sales experience
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system and ZoomInfo

Location and Travel

This position requires travel within the area of Middlesex, MA & Essex, MA Counties, and New Hampshire

You will be joining a team of four other Sales Representatives and will report to the Commercial Sales Manager. This role is being added due to market growth and the need for more coverage in the territory.
